How we work
First, we identify a need or opportunity for a mobile-enabled service in a particular sector, channel or geographical area.
Then we design and develop the service. We handle every aspect ourselves: developing the application, designing the front end, building the infrastructure and creating marketing messages. When necessary, we also integrate services provided by our partners into our own offering, and sometimes market third-party services on a revenue-sharing basis.
We carry out comprehensive testing to ensure that the service is completely ready to launch, in terms of user appeal, functionality, user experience and technical support.
We carefully consider all the legal and financial issues for the territory being targeted, ensuring that all our services are fully compliant with relevant legislation and telecoms regulations.
Finally, we take the service to market, driving consumer demand and uptake through interactive media such as Internet, mobile Internet, SMS advertising and social media channels. Each service is carefully targeted and marketed at specific demographic groups, based on its likely appeal.
